We have an opportunity for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. You will provide new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Our mission is to bend the healthcare cost curve by using our product Absolute Insight to identify cases of fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA). FWA accounts for up to 10% of every dollar spent in our healthcare system. That equates to almost $370 billion lost annually. FWA is a growing problem; as providers find ways to evade traditional forms of rule-based fraud detection, our clients need to enhance their firepower with advanced analytics.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from prospect outreach and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you pass it down the sales pipeline. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Discover high-level leads and potential clients as sales opportunities
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calling and emails
  • Identify client needs and communicate our configured product solutions and implemented services to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Working directly with the Vice President of Sales on all sales results

  • Comfortable dealing with people that have a range of core skill sets (developers, project managers, fraud investigators and data scientists)
  • Benefited from ancillary training courses


  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or that of a similar role within the healthcare system
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
  • Successful track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (including Salesforce and Pipedrive)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
