Beginning at Alivia in 2016, Lucas has held sales and leadership roles within the organization, building a track record of success across different departments. He is known for forging collaborative partnerships that accelerate impact and ensure measurable outcomes for state and federal programs.
He remains highly active in the government healthcare community, regularly participating in national program integrity forums such as NAMPI (National Association for Medicaid Program Integrity), NHCAA (National Health Care Anti-Fraud Association), and MESC (Medicaid Enterprise Systems Community).
