Susan is a healthcare operations and consulting leader with expertise in helping health plans improve processes, optimize claims systems, and implement industry best practices. As SVP of Professional Services at Alivia, she leads teams supporting claims system modernization, configuration, integration, and legacy platform initiatives, while providing executive oversight for client delivery and strategic consulting engagements.
Susan joined Alivia through the 2024 acquisition of SourcEdge Solutions, where she served in a senior leadership role supporting healthcare payer transformation initiatives and client services.
Prior to SourcEdge, Susan held leadership positions at AmeriHealth and Legacy Consulting Services, where she helped build and expand consulting organizations focused on healthcare operations and claims system solutions. Earlier in her career, she worked at Cigna, gaining firsthand experience in health plan operations and technology.
With experience spanning claims, enrollment, configuration, and consulting, Susan brings a broad understanding of the healthcare payer ecosystem and a practical approach to driving operational improvement.
