Alivia Analytics, a leading healthcare payment accuracy solutions provider, has appointed Kirk Schultz as their new Chief Administrative Officer. Schultz will leverage his extensive background in healthcare, compliance, and financial operations in this newly created role, and he is committed to eliminating FWA while simultaneously enhancing the provider experience.
Schultz has a wealth of experience from his senior leadership roles over the past 15 years at Optum Physician Advisor Solutions (formerly Executive Health Resources). For the last 11 years, he served as their Chief Administrative Officer and then GM/Chief Operating Officer. Optum specializes in supporting providers in compliance efforts to capture appropriate reimbursement for medical necessity.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Schultz and his wife are co-founders of Brandon’s Voice, a non-profit organization that raises funds for autism research and supports those affected by autism. They have been committed to giving back to the community since their son, Brandon, was born on the spectrum.
Schultz received his MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BS in Finance from St. Cloud State University.
