Jim Tagliaferri

Chief Marketing Officer

Jim leads Alivia’s marketing and go-to-market strategy, drawing on deep experience in healthcare technology and building high-performance demand engines. He partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen market positioning, align strategy with execution, and support disciplined growth as the company scales.

With 30+ years in technology marketing, PR, and sales enablement, Jim’s experience spans global brands and venture-backed companies. He began his career at GE Aerospace and later joined GE’s Information Systems & Technology division, focusing on healthcare and other commercial markets. Following its acquisition by Lockheed Martin, he continued leading commercial market initiatives before moving on to lead marketing efforts at Answerthink.

Over the past decade, he has served as both a fractional and full-time Chief Marketing Officer for growth-stage healthcare technology companies across payer, provider, patient engagement, and life sciences markets. His hands-on approach blends strategy, creative direction, and web and AI-driven marketing execution to align executive priorities with structured growth initiatives that strengthen revenue performance and support successful M&A outcomes. In 2003, he founded TME, a strategic marketing and sales enablement firm for growth-stage technology companies, where he currently serves as a strategic advisor.
