Jim leads Alivia’s marketing and go-to-market strategy, drawing on deep experience in healthcare technology, sales enablement, and growth acceleration. He brings a unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives, shaped by decades of work across Fortune 500 companies, growth-stage ventures, and healthcare startups.

Jim began his career at GE Aerospace and later held leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, where he supported both government and commercial IT initiatives, including those in healthcare and insurance. He went on to lead marketing for tech consultancies like Answerthink and scale emerging healthcare and life sciences companies, developing a philosophy rooted in sales-driven marketing for complex, regulated industries.

In 2003, Jim founded TME Communications, a strategic marketing and sales enablement firm based in Philadelphia, where he continues to serve as an advisor. At Alivia, he leads integrated efforts across branding, demand generation, content strategy, analyst relations, and industry conference engagement, ensuring that messaging is clear, concise, and built to drive results.
