Kim draws on her firsthand experience as a former Medicaid leader to help health plans and government agencies strengthen program integrity and fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention through practical, data-driven strategies. She brings a collaborative, hands-on approach, aligning cross-functional teams, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and keeping client initiatives focused on measurable outcomes.
Kim brings more than 15 years of public sector experience, including extensive leadership within Medicaid program integrity and FWA. Prior to joining Alivia, she served with the State of Colorado within Health First Colorado, the state’s Medicaid program, where she held progressively responsible roles focused on program integrity, oversight, and FWA prevention. She most recently served as Deputy Director of the FWA Division, where she helped lead statewide efforts to identify improper payments, strengthen compliance, and protect the integrity of the Medicaid program.
She now partners with clients to translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into actionable analytics strategies, helping agencies achieve greater speed, clarity, and confidence in their program integrity initiatives.
